PRESS RELEASE: Mercy Ships – First Day Of Surgery

Yesterday, our hospital wards opened up to admit patients and today we are performing the first surgeries aboard the Africa Mercy, here in Cameroon. Our surgeons will be performing Maxillofacial and Orthopaedic surgeries today. We are excited to begin the first of approximately 3,000 surgeries that will be performed during our time here.
