CAMWATER : New Deputy GM Appointed Amid Chronic Water Crisis In Cameroon

Douala, Cameroon-Tuesday December 19, 2017-9:30 AM Local Time (Cameroon News Agency) Cameroonian authorities are still to find both the human and technical solutions to solve the chronic water crisis rocking the country.A change of Deputy General Manager, Monday in Douala in an extra-ordinary Board meeting, is evidence of a falling corporation.

Jean Pierre Bidjoka was appointed to replace Felix Ngonpa as CAMWATER struggles to add impetus to its human resource to  solve water crisis. Minister of Water Resources and Energy, Basil Atangana kouna installed the new Deputy GM into his functions insisting the  59 year old has a mission prescribed by the Head of State Paul Biya to make better the situation by working in close collaboration with his boss.

Cameroon Water Utilities Corporation, CAMWATER has changed three General Managers in one year but no concrete solution has been arrived at concerning the water crisis witnessed in many big cities.
