Nintcheu fires shots at Osih in prolong cold war
The battle to succeed the National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front party, Ni John Fru Ndi has only gotten worst as political missiles fly from Littoral to West, Centre and North West regions.
The two heavyweights, Hon Joshua Osih who is the party’s 1st National Vice Chairman and Hon. Jean Michel Nintcheu who leads the party’s littoral region, have been at loggerheads over who succeeds the party’s founding father.
In a latest act, the SDF littoral president hit at Hon. Osih, adding that he is a betrayer.
Hon. Jean Mitchel NINTCHEU during an ordinary regional executive committee of August 7, 2022 maintained that Hon Joshua OSIH has been compromised, reason why he has deviated from the original path and belief of the party.
The meeting resolution reminds that SDF remains an opposition political party struggling for the existence of true democracy in Cameroon and not a tool of unhealthy collaboration with the dictatorial regime.
The regional executive committee of the Littoral also reminded Hon. Joshua OSIH that his behaviour is comparable to a real betrayal to the SDF as a whole and SDF Littoral in particular which generously welcomed him in 2013 and made him a Member of Parliament after his many failures while in the South West region.
In addition, one of the recommendations of the executive committee is to implement the organization of public protests. This will aim at forcing the Yaounde regime to organize a true inclusive national dialogue for peace to finally return in the North West and South West regions, implement consensual reform of the electoral system before any election takes place, account for its management of COVID-19 funds as well as that of the AFCON 2022, including the release of release of political prisoners.
