MINDEF Says HRW Is Pro-Ambazonia

Cameroon’ defence ministry accuses Human Rights Watch of being in support of separatist fighters with their constant publications that discredit military actions in the North West and South West regions.

Reacting few days after the August 2nd report, the military spokesman cited that these reports accusing soldiers of destruction,rape and non respect of human rights does not in any way distabilise soldiers at war front.

The “crying baby” reaction comes barely one day after government forces killed 13 civilians and left others wounded in Fir-kov Meluf in the northwest region on Wednesday August 4,2021.
