LFPC Transfer News: Junior Godstine Folhe Joins Aigle Royal From Bang Bullet FC

Tiko, Cameroon- Monday December 25, 2017-11:00 AM Local Time (Cameroon News Agency) It is often said “opportunity comes but once”. But for 20 year old attacking midfielder JUNIOR GODSTINE FOLHE, there is a second opportunity to impress in the first tier of Cameroon football, after he failed to do so in his Elite one last outing with RACING OF BAFOUSSAM(Tout Puissance de L’Ouest”TPO”) as a teenager.

The attacking midfielder with goal scoring instincts helped Racing to consecutive promotions from the regional championship to the first tier of Cameroon football but suffered from lack of game time at the club in the club’s first season in the top flight.A situation which pushed him in the eve of last season to make a switch to Bang Bullets of Nkambe were had a time to remember.In his one season at Nkambe he scored 7 goals and assisted 6 others making him president Bang Johnson coach Kuni Emmanuel’s main man up front.

Before joining Bang Bullets of Nkambe in search of game time,he had a wonderful time at Racing were scored 12 goals and provided 25 assist in 56 games spanning through a period of 4 seasons.
The young but prolific attacking midfielder has penned a 2 year deal to run till December 2019.

The Bafoussam born attacking midfielder who can equally play as a winger,Had offers from 4 clubs from abroad including Heartland of Oweri- Nigeria and Cameroonian clubs like Apejes of Mfou,Avion Nkam,AS Fortuna and former club Racing after his brilliant last campaign with Bang Bullet FC. Last season was his best and proved he is better when he is given the trust of the coach .While in Nkambe, feature in 33 of the club’s 34 league games and scored 7 goals plus 6 assists.

In his post signing reaction, the lad made it clear “I am forever indebted to the good people of Nkambe but happy to be given the  second chance to prove my worth in the west region”.Francis Elimbi Remains a big brother and an inspirational figure for future strikers defending the yellow and black colours of Aigle.” I am not replacing him I am joining El Pacha to write my own story,make our team stronger together for the fans.I start my personal training now but can’t wait to meet the fans and my new team mates(27/12/2017 pre season training begins).we will fight hard for El Pacha to be more engaged and victorious beginning next season.”The player said.

Aigle is expected to publish a list of its players early next week while the search for a coach and a goalkeeper is on with Tayiwo Princewill of Victoria United said to the club’s principal target.
