Dschang: lifeless body of student discovered in her room

A 22-year-old student of the University of Dschang – West region of Cameroon – has been discovered dead in her room at the Cité Patience hostel found in the Keleng neighborhood.

At the time of the discovery, her boyfriend whose name CNA got as Kamgne Ngoko Moïse was seen in the room next to her corpse.

The deceased lady is Djukom Belone and she was last seen alive by her neighbours on Tuesday October 11.

All efforts made by her family members to reach her via phone were fruitless.

It is still unclear what actually caused her death. Moïse, her suspected boyfriend is currently at the Dschang Gendarmerie Brigade for investigation.

The remains of Djukom Belone have been deposited in the Dschang District Hospital Mortuary pending burial.
