Position: Lead Specialist – IT & Cloud Services Company: Cyrax Consulting LLC (US-based veteran- and minority-owned MSP) Location: Remote (Cameroon-based preferred) Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and qualify SMB clients (10-200 employees) for IT, cloud, and Microsoft licensing services.
- Utilize LinkedIn, business directories, and online marketplaces for lead generation.
- Engage decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Maintain a lead tracker.
- Set up discovery calls for the sales team.
- Provide weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT/MSP/B2B lead sourcing.
- Excellent English communication (French a plus).
- Knowledge of US/International SMB markets is a plus.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to meet quotas.
Compensation:
- Negotiable base pay.
- Commission on converted leads.
