Fondation André Nziko are winners of the 2022 Futsal Cameroon Cup.
The centre regional representatives were crowned last September 30th after emerging winners of a 3-day national tournament at the CAF excellence centre in Mbankomo in presence of FECAFOOT president Samuel Eto’o Fils.
They defeated ALCD of Ngaoundere from the Adamawa region on penalty shootout 2-0 after the game ended 2-2 in regular time.
Bamenda Pre-season Tournament
The second edition of the Bamenda Pre-season tournament runs front October 2-9 at the Bamenda Municipal Stadium with four national elite teams.
PWD and Yong Sports Academy will take part in the tournament as elite one representatives while Foncha Street FC and Rangers FC will take part as elite two representatives.
As the name indicates, the tournament has as aim to help the teams better prepare for the next football season. The first edition was won by Rangers FC of Bafut after they thrashed Rainbow FC 3-0.

AFCON 2025
Guinea’s AFCON 2025 hosting rights have been withdrawn by CAF. The announcement was made on September 30th by CAF President Patrice Motsepe during a press briefing. He says Guinea’s new government will not be able to catch up with the gap created 8 years back despite the efforts being made so far.
Calls for hosting rights of the AFCON have been opened as indicated by CAF.
