Bamenda: Popular business man, one other shot by gun men

Two persons have been shot to death this Tuesday January 17, 2023 in Nkwen, Bamenda, North West region

According to sources, a popular business man at Mobile Nkwen, whose only name we got as Michael was killed with one person still to be identified

CNA gathered that the business man who own one of the biggest shop at Mobile, way-in to Ghana street was kidnapped at about 6pm by gun men and his corpse was later on discovered in the quarter

Somes Sources are suggesting that he refused to go with the gun men on a motorbike and they killed him

We also gathered that the man who was popularly known as Bosco is from Mbouda in the West region

Just few minutes after the incident, another source confirmed that the corpse of another boy yet to be identified is lying Behind Che, who was killed at about 7pm

We are still to confirm if the killings have been done by separatist fighters or armed men who are moving around kidnapping for ransoms in Bamenda

Both incidents occurred in Bamenda III subdivision, which was already becoming one of the most peaceful area in Bamenda
