Fire Enters GCE Examination Hall In Limbe

A great portion of the Administrative building of Government High School, Bonadikombo Mile 4 Limbe in Fako division, has been ravaged by wild fire.
The inferno which broke out at about 2am Tuesday May 16, 2017 also ravaged all contents at the school’s Library.
The fire consumed all materials set for the June session of GCE examinations leaving the Principal to cast doubt on the effectiveness of the holding of GCE in the center.
The center expected to host candidates might simply be cancelled because two of the five blocks have been affected she said.
Data of computer sciences have gone as desk top computers were also consumed by the fire.
The incident comes barely hours after Government Primary School Atuakom in the North West region was set ablaze by unknown persons early Monday.
It also happened at same time with another fire outbreak in the North West region precisely in Mile 3 Nkwen.
The causes of these fire incidents have not been established but surrounding residents have always suspected criminal hand.
