2300 commandos graduate from Man O War Bay

Chief of army staff, Rene Claude Meka presided over the graduation event at Cameroon’s elite forces training centre in Man O War bay, Limbe South West region.

The General said the entire people of the ten regions support Cameroon’s armed forces without reserve. 2300 commandos are expected to be injected into conflict regions such as the Far North, Anglophone regions, and peace-keeping missions.

The graduation ceremony comes in the wake of the renewal of military cooperation between Cameroon and Russia that has sparked outrage among the intellectual, political, and diplomatic groups who think that the timing of the agreement was wrong.

A former US deputy secretary for African affairs, Tibor Nagy said it was a poke on the faces of the US and France, “but good for Ambazonians”
