UK Judge slams Kurt Zouma 180 hours community work for kicking a cat
English Premier League player, Kurt Zouma, who plays for West Ham has been sentenced to 180 hours of community work for kicking his pet cat.
He was also banned from keeping cats for five years. A UK Judge admitted on Wednesday that Kurt and his brother Yoan Zouma did wrong to the cat.
Kurt pleaded guilty to two counts.
In February, footage surfaced online where the France player is seen kicking and cursing his cat, he was being filmed by his brother, who is also a footballer.
The incident has caused Kurt to lose a huge sponsorship deal with Adidas and a fine of 25, 000 pounds.
The video was first sent to a lady by Yoan Zouma, but the former will later raise an alarm over the ill-treatment of the cats.
Yoan Zouma was given 140 hours of community service.
