Meet Faith Mpara, girl who uses tech for social change

Faith Mpara is a consultant with over 8 years of experience driving impactful technology implementation and modernization projects across emerging and developed economies. Her work spans the IT, education, energy, and retail industries, focusing on improving human, citizen, and customer experiences.

Born and raised in Cameroon, Faith is deeply committed to using technology as a tool for social change. She has led numerous initiatives to address gaps in access to technology and education, most notably the ICT4KIDS program, which introduced children in conflict-affected communities to critical digital skills. This initiative continues to have a lasting impact on youth in these areas, enabling them to thrive in a world that demands digital literacy.
Her career also includes significant contributions to the public and private sectors. She has worked on technology modernization efforts for government agencies, designed business customer interaction systems, and developed platforms supporting education in underserved communities in Cameroon, Nigeria, Senegal, and Italy.

Faith holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, a Master of Advanced Management (MAM) from Yale, and a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Buea. She brings strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of global challenges to her work.
She currently serves as a consultant, supporting technology modernization and implementation in government in the USA.
