Maryland is 3rd most happiest state in the US
The ranking was done by WalletHub, according to Business Insider. The 2024 report puts Utah on top spot, follwoed by Hawaii and Maryland.
“States were ranked across 30 metrics including unemployment rates, mental health, and commute times.” Businesss Insdier revealed.
WalletHub, a fiancial institution used 30 metrics across three categories: emotional and physical well-being, work environment, and community and environment. By examining factors such as life expectancy, unemployment rates, mental health, and safety, WalletHub scored each state to determine its level of happiness.
