Joseph Ndoko joins ISOHSA of Limbe

Former coach of the Indomitable Lionesses Joseph Brian Ndoko, has been recruited by Limbe-based Elite Two club, Isle of Hope Sports Academy (ISOHSA) as new head coach.

The decision was made after a meeting on Monday December 10, to assess the team’s performance so far this season, Kick442 reported.

According to the reports, the former Aigle Royal coach agreed to work alongside the outgoing head coach, Ayme Nlend, who will serve as co-trainer.

The club currently occupy the fourth position in Pool B of the Elite Two championship. The new coach will commence with the day 10 game against Leopard Sportif of Douala on Wednesday, December 20.

His deal runs until the end of the season with an option to extend for an additional year.

Brian Ndoko, 51, coached the Indomitable Lionesses from July 2017 to January 2019, and led the team to a third-place finish at the 2018 AWCON as well as securing a second FIFA Women’s World Cup appearance for Cameroon in 2019.
