Here is what we know about the plane crash so far
An aircraft crashed in a forest not far away from Nanga Eboko, Centre region. Eleven people were on board at the time of disappearance which authorities say was at about 2 pm on May 11, 2022. The craft had a clear trajectory: Yaounde – Nsimalen – Dompta – Belabo – Yaounde – Nsimalen.
The radio signal was lost during the storm that hit the capital city late in the afternoon and authorities quickly sent in search teams both in the air and on land.
A list of some of the people who were onboard has been filtered and some of them are workers of the Cameroon Oil Transportation Company, COTCO, and others were airline personnel.

Authorities are yet to declare what airline it was but a few sky images of the crash site are being circulated.
Rescue teams are at the site but it is highly unlikely that there are any survivors.
