FECAFOOT unveils 9-month new season calendar

Activities of the 2023-2024 football season have been unveiled by FECAFOOT in an agenda made public by the institution’s competition department indicating that the new season begins on September 30, 2023 and ends on June 20, 2024.
Going by the agenda, the league one championship begins on Saturday September 30, 2023 to April 20, 2024 with a break that will be observed between November 19-26, 2023. The second division championship begins on Saturday October 7, 2023 and runs till May 26, 2024 with a break to be observed between November 18 and November 25, 2023. As to what concerns the Women’s championship, day 1 matches have been scheduled for October 14, 2023 while the last day of play will be on April 27, 2024 with a break to be observed between December 16, 2023 to January 20, 2024.
Other tournaments have also been scheduled as follows :
Regional championships from November 16, 2023 to June 1, 2024.
National Interpools will run from June 1-20, 2024 while divisional leagues will be played from December 1, 2023 to June 1, 2024.
Beach soccer and Futsal championships will be played from January 1 to June 1, 2024 while youth leagues are scheduled for September 23, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
The men’s Cameroon cup next season will be played on March 17, 2024 while the ladies category will take place on June 1, 2024.
The season ends on June 20, 2024 with the Guinness superleague promotion tournament.
