Elite one: Canon’s dramatic 4-minute comeback stuns Bamboutos hope, complete day 7 results

Canon of Yaoundé thwarted Bamboutos’ hopes of an easy win with a 4-minute comeback in extra time to shake hands with a 3-3 draw in Mbouda.
Being a noble affair between the potent squads, Canon opened scores through Thorgan ESSIANE at the 39th minute which was however short-lived as Bamboutos responded with Katche Boris scoring at the 44th, 57th, and 68th minute to level the scoreline and take a commanding 3-1 lead.
In an astonishing turn of events, Canon made a comeback and leveled the scores at 3-3 with a goal from Eyango Priso in the 90th minute and another from Edoa Guy at extra time to secure a draw.
The draw marks Bamboutos’ first draw of the season and Canon of Yaounde’s third.
