Coq Sportif issue subpoena to FECAFOOT

French supplier Le Coq Sportif have come out to say that they have sadly noticed that the Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, has signed a new contract with another supplier, Ona All Sports.

They highlight how sad they are that the federation has refused to listen to them in spite of several attempts they have made to resolve the issue amicably. In their communique, they exxplain how ready they were in 2019 to please the federation despite the fact that there was limited time before the AFCON and in the midst of COVID. They also accuse FECAFOOT of lying publicly about why they signed a new supplier.

The federation is accused by Coq Sportif of non-respect of their contract, publication of false information and of terminating their contract unilaterally. Le Coq Sportif further state that they will not be going down without a legal fight which they clearly intend to win.
