2022 Cameroonian Ballon D’or awards
The very first edition of the Cameroon Ballon D’or Awards took place on Saturday October 29 at the Yaounde Congress Hall.
The awards compensated players and coaches who distinguished themselves during the last football season in the local league one championship and the Guinness super league.

Under 23 AFCON qualifiers
The Under 23 lions of Cameroon have grabbed their ticket for the third and final qualifier round of the Under 23 AFCON that will be played in Morocco next year.
The boys of Guy Feutchine grabbed the ticket after playing a 0-0 draw in the return leg clash with Angola at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium of Sunday October 30. The away leg game had been won by Cameroon 3-2 a week earlier.
The squad will in March 2023 face Gabon in the third and last qualifier round.
Lions’ Squad to face Jamaica
The head coach of the indomitable lions of Cameroon Rigobert Song Bahanag has made public a list of 26 home based players who will face Jamaica on November 9 in Cameroon for the Lions’ farewell game before the start of the 2022 FIFA World cup in Qatar.
The list is made of 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 8 midfielders and 7 attackers.
