AS AWA Ladies have won the 2022 edition of the Guinness super league.

The girls were crowned champions at the Yaounde military stadium last August 13th after they finished the season in grand style by beating Amazone FAP 3-2.

Islamic Solidarity Games 2021, another bronze for team Cameroon

Handball Lionesses have won bronze at the ongoing Islamic Solidarity Games taking place in Konya, Turkey.

The girls thrashed Uzbekistan 40-27 to claim the medal. Team Cameroon now counts 7 medals: 2 in gold and 5 in bronze.

Volleyball lionesses on their part will this day as from 1pm try to add the medal tally when they face Azerbaijan for the third spot encounter.

Handball : Return leg and main tour matches begin next Saturday

Return leg fixtures National Elite Handball Championship in the men’s category and the main tour of championship in the ladies’ category have been made known.

They were made known last August 10th after draws of the tournaments were made in Yaounde. Return leg and main tour matches begin this August 20th.
