Bui: School, Parents Say Military Rape Four Minors

The Principal of St. Joseph’s College in the Lassen-Noni Subdivision has written a formal complaint to the Divisional Officer of Noni Subdivision ,alleging that some soldiers deployed to protect the area are now engaging in sexual activities with students who are all minors.
According to the letter, several underage students have been approached by soldiers for romantic or sexual purposes, and there are reports that some learners have been sexually assaulted by the soldiers.
The letter which was jointly signed by the Principal, the Traditional ruler abs some parents dated November 17, stated that certain soldiers have allegedly provided mobile phones to these minors to maintain secret communication, worsening tension between students, parents and school authorities.
Principal urged the Divisional Officer to take immediate action, warning that the matter has grown beyond the school’s ability to control.
According to the letter which CNA has been a copy, the girls are ages, 14, 15, 16 and 17.
Their names were provided which CNA has chosen not to expose. But the culprits were known to be Eric, Belssala, Bathalza and Belarine.
