Boko Haram militants killed by population in Mokolo

Reports have it that the members of the book haram cult embarked on a mission in a village situated in Mokolo, Far north region of Cameroon on April 23 with the aim of kidnapping for ransom and killing as in their habit. Unfortunately for them this time, the population was not having it. They informed security forces in the locality before attacking the group. Three of the book haram attackers were killed while the others took to their heels.

Government security forces have reiterated the importance of effective collaboration between the population and the security forces to put an end to terrorist activities across the country
