Boat Capsize: Two Nachtigal Hydro Power workers missing after two weeks

A search operation is on course to trace two workers of the CCN(Camerounaise de Construction du barrage Nachtigal) who went missing on August 30 2023 in River Sanaga.

The boat transporting 5 workers of CCN capsized at 11:50 a.m. Three were saved and are healthy.

Defense and Security forces, rescuers, and well-wishers are actively looking for the missing persons while the administration of the Nachtigal Hydro Power Company says work has been slowed due to security lines put up on the accident site.
