Suspected Ambazonia combatants launch umpteenth attack in West region

In a video circulated on July 1, 2022, some voices narrating in the background claimed to belong to Ambazonia forces.

The Ambazonia Broadcasting Service, ABS, a communication network used by the Iya Marianta faction of the Interim Government, later posted that the Red Dragons carried out the attack.

At least two cars were set on fire at the Piah market in Santchou subdivision, West region.

Traders were forced to escape for safety as the arsonists took time to carry out their act.

Recently, intelligence agencies said the Marianta Interim Government faction was going to target the West region and other French speaking areas.

Though not officially declared, their communication platform leaves no doubts.

Other attacks in the West region have often taken place in Noun and Bamboutos divisions.
