Man who murdered wife found hanging from tree
Ngameni Moïse was found hanging from a tree in Fondjomekwet just 4 days after he reportedly stabbed his wife to her death.
23 year-old Kimone olan was known by neighbors as her husband’s punching bag in spite of the fact the two had two children together. That June 18th beating was fatal to Kimone who had just returned from the hospital after a brief illness. After an argument which nobody can explain, Ngameni Moïse grabbed a knife and left his wife bleeding to her death in Bafang.
His death has therefore been judged as suicide following the murder. Both kimono and Ngameni were internally displaced persons who fled the socio-political crisis in the North West region to seek refuge in the West region of Cameroon before the irreparable happened.
