MTN Elite One Transfer News:FC Yaoundé 2 ,YAFOOT FC, Secures The Services Of Pascal Lebongo Biloa

Tiko, Cameroon-Friday November 24, 2017 -10:50 AM Local Time (Cameroon News Agency) Last season’s MTN elite two champions FC Yaoundé 2 have signed defender Pascal Lebongo for an estimated fee around the regions of One Million Three hundred thousand(1.3 Millions)
The 26 years old former Cosmos of Mbam defender spent last season with Yaoundé 2 cross town rivals Apejes of Mfou were he made a handful of appearances. The right footed defender has penned a 1 year deal with the club and is Luc Assamba’s first major signing after the 21 years old Center region outfit(YAFOOT FC) regain top flight status.
Coach Atangana Ngandi started pre season activities started on Monday with a test for recruitment which saw over 85 new players turn up for recruitment. The club is expected to retain 25 new players and add to 20 old players who have helped the club through consecutive promotion in the last two seasons. The club has announced that the 20 players retained from last season would be notified by SMS to join the 25 new players in training on Monday 27 November 2017 at the Razel Stadium in Yaoundé. The new season begins January 20th 2018 and YAFOOT officials have set their sights on a top half finish.
Newly promoted clubs in most championships are favorites for relegation and FC Yaoundé 2 would need to be at her brilliant best to avoid the dreaded situation of immediately returning to the elite two championship.
