Elite 1 football season rounds up: 5 teams down, 14 maintained and 2 up – Complete statistics

Bamboutos FC of Mbouda will be part of the 16-team Elite 1 next season following their 2-1 win over AS Fortuna this Thursday during day 11 and final matches of the Relegation Playoffs of the Elite 1.
Two goals from Sampson Kwasi and Boris Kache were enough to equalize and take all three points, thus maintaining the team at the top tier.

▪️Union 2-1 FOVU
5 teams, Fovu, Aigle, APEJES, UMS and Avion have been relegated to the second division while the 6 teams that secured their Elite one spots are Union of Douala, AS Fortuna, Astres of Douala, PWD of Bamenda, Bamboutos of Mbouda and Fauve Azur.
