Breaking: Election tribunal throws out Peter Obi’s petition

The Presidential Election Tribunal, sitting in Abuja, nullified petition filed by Labour Party candidate Peter Obi.

Mr Obi had asked the court to cancel the February 25, 2023 elections alleging that there was massive fraud in the polling stations. The court also threw out petition that the winner , Bola Asiwaju Tinubu did not have 25% of the votes in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Tje four said its irrelevant.
