Mbengwi: Allege Fulani militias kill man, injure women
On Monday, July 24, 2023, a man and his woman were heading to a hospital in Acha Tugi, when armed men alleged to be Fulani militias attacked them with cutlasses.
They were hacked, tortured, and left to die in their pool of blood.
Someone with knowledge of the incident said it happened in Kob village, 1KM from Tad market.
The husband died on the spot, while the attackers thought the woman had also died, left the scene.
But hours later, passersby discovered the bodies and rushed the woman to the Bamenda regional hospital.
