Douala: quadruplets’ mother cries for help
A woman has pleaded with the public for help, after giving birth to quadruplets in Bonaberi, Douala IV subdivision.
The lady said it will be very challenging to take care of the babies, given that she now has nine kids.
“The four children are the fifth borns, and are coming behind a set of twins,” she said. “It gives nine children after putting to birth five times” the woman revealed.
“To breastfeed the four newborns will not be easy. I’m a teacher by profession, teaching with the private sector. So I really know that it will not be easy.”
The woman’s husband, Tamfu Polycarp, indicated that life has been tough for his family. “I’ve been down since. For almost two years I’ve been doing nothing and presently the landlord has removed us from the house. It’s been two months now… So I really need help.”
He said they are currently living at a friend’s place, who offered them housing for a little while.
The Tamfu family from Nkambe, Donga Mantung division of the North West region, and they now have eight boys and a girl.
