Buea Rev Father dies, another injured in fatal accident

The Buea based Rev Fr Yombi Nformi died in the spot while another occupant, Rev Fr Christantus was ferried to the hospital.

Their car returning from Yaoundé collided with an incoming vehicle between Puma and Edea, along the Douala- Yaoundé road on Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased had just completed duties on July 15,2022 as the Chancellor of the Diocese of Buea, the Biship said.

He was returning from an Embassy appointment from Yaoundé, the release stated.
