2025 Presidentials: Prof. Fame Ndongo lectures opposition kn 92 year Biya’s candidacy

Professor Jacques Fame Ndongo, ruling party communication secretary responded to observations of some politicians against the right for 92 year old Paul Biya to seek re-election in 2025.
In three points, the academic don put forth theoretical, legal and reason debate to his argument. Prof Jacques Ndongo reference article 6, paragraph 2 of the constitution which give Paul Biya the right to stand.
He further backed his argument with the text of his party which states that, the national president is the parties presidential candidate. A clear cut win for Biya’s candidacy. Who has headed the party since inception and Cameroon for the past 42 years.
Based on support issued Paul Biya during the 42nd anniversary of his ascension to the supreme magistracy of Cameroon on November 6, 2024: the parties communication scribe said all it’s sections had ascribed Biya a renewed mandate.
Jacques Fame Ndongo has been a key player in the Biya government for over two decades. Since his appointment as Minister of Higher Education in 2004, he has since then remained in that position till date. He equally currently serves as a Minister of State.
